1. Do you have a showroom?

Yes our Sydney waterproof panelling displays at our Guildford warehouse are open to the public on Monday & Tuesday between 10am to 4pm. If you are unable to make these day then please call us to make an appointment on Wednesday to Friday to view the panelling displays and receive expert advice. You contact us on 1300 896 466 to make an appointment with our dediciated sales team.

 2. Can I collect my order?

Yes, all panelling orders can be collected from the Guildford warehouse FOC 5 days a week. Please contact us to ararnge a suitable time to collect. 

All waterproof panelling orders outside Sydney will be delivered to one of our courier depot locations for customer collection. 

All other products will be sent via Australia post.  

3. Are your products available Australia wide?
Yes, please contact us if you require a quote or further information.

4. Can you organise home deliver?

Yes,  a home delivery service is available for orders to the Sydney metropolitan areas.  If you would like a home delivery outside Sydney then please contact us with your requirements so we can work with you to get the best price possible.

5. What is the standard customer pick up and delivery time?

For panelling orders that are to be collected from the Guildford warehouse the lead time is usually 1 to 2 business days.  Deliveries to the Sydney metropolitan areas can also be delivered the following business day. All other orders will generally be available for within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the product and location.

All orders that are sent via Australia Post will generally be with you within 1 to 5 business days depending on the time the order was received and your delivery address. 

6. Do you have an item in stock?
We do show up to date stock information for each product stocked in Australia on our website. This information can be found under the add to basket button.

7. How much is delivery?
All panelling orders can be collected from the Guildford warehouse FOC. All orders above $1,500 or $2,500 in Perth will be delivered FOC.

Waterproof Panelling orders under $1,500 can be delivered to the Sydney metropolitan area for a delivery charge of $70. For all orders outside Sydney under $1,500 or $2,500 in Perth will be either $100 or $150 depending on the depot selected.

All orders that are sent via Australia Post are charged at a flat rate of either $8 or $12.

8. How do I return an item?

9. What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item or size then you can return it to us.  However we would draw your attention to our returns policy in that goods need to be returned to us in the exact same condition and that re-stocking charges to you will apply.  

10. Can you send me a brochure? 
All available brochures can be downloaded into a pdf file from our products page.

You can also request a brochure to be sent in the mail when ordering samples.

11. How do I cancel an order? 
You will need to email us immediately on info@abbuildingproducts.com . You will need to include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will then receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled. Please note orders cancelled after the goods have be depatched will incur delivery and re-delivery charges.

12. Where can I find the dimensions for a product? 
Where applicable the dimensions can be found in 'technical details' tab on our 'products page' or alternatively can be found in the product brochures which can be found in the 'download' section of our website.
